Go Wireless and Win!

Team VL (Virtual Lifeline) is our next generation site for Sport and Tournament Anglers. If you are one of our loyal followers then you are undoubtedly familiar with CAST, Cast Advantage for Sport & Tournament-- our original product offering for the competative angler. Team VL picks up where CAST left off-- offering our demanding competition anglers the same great performance and safety features as the old CAST units. If you are a new member or just stopping by to check us out, welcome!

Virtual Lifeline (VL) is the same wireless engine shut off system-- in fact it is the only wireless engine shut off system currently on the market today-- that frees sport and tournament anglers as CAST. It provides the aggressive competitor up to 40 additional casts over a tournament day compared to their tether-bound competitors.

This wireless solution eliminates hitch and un-hitch time, accidental disconnects, and annoying entanglements commonly found with yesterday’s old-school lanyards.

“The C.A.S.T. system saves me valuable fishing time, I no longer have to continually attach and remove the standard kill-switch, and my safety is not compromised. I just stand up and start fishing. Whether I’m tournament bass fishing or having a fun day of boating with my family, I know the C.A.S.T. system in my boat is always ready in the case of an accidental falls overboard.”

VL provides today’s competitive anglers with an indispensable edge and increased safety for all team members by protecting them from most injuries caused by falls overboard.

Time lost by the mandatory hitching and un-hitching of old-school lanyards can now be eliminated.  VL frees you by being wireless.  No more tether, no more hitch hassle, no more delays in getting down to the business of competing.  Now’s the time to throw that old cord away!

Going wireless will provide you more time to be quick, efficient and improve your results.Today's tournament angler is as serious and as competitive as any other professional athlete.  In all sports the difference between winning and losing comes down to a fraction of an inch, one-thousandth of a second, or simply who uses that last bit of time more effectively.

Every champion credits his success to the effective execution of fundamentals and paying attention to the variables -- which are the little things that ultimately make the difference.  Tournament fishing is no different.  Fast boats, great gear and knowledge are the fundamentals. The variables are the little things that can go wrong.  How do you avoid them?  That's up to the individual angler.

“As a 25-year U.S. Coast Guard veteran and several thousand hours spent on the water. I know how important Safety is. Especially when it comes to fishing my B.A.S.S. Tournaments. When I launch my Ranger I want to make sure every piece of equipment is in tip top shape. Safety is Paramount and when it comes to falls overboard I want myself and my partner to be protected by the best in the business, that is why C.A.S.T. Wireless Lanyard manufactured by MariTech Industries is mounted onboard my boat.

With C.A.S.T. I know if I accidentally get thrown from my boat it will be shut down in a instant. This modern technology kill switch not only provides me with the greatest of safety but allows me gain more casts a day, and when time is critical that means a lot to me. With C.A.S.T I guarantee that you will not be dissatisfied, and the installation is a cinch, 30 minutes, tops. Never worry about constantly hooking up that tangle some kill switch. So the next time you back down that launch ramp and the Tournament Director asks to check your kill switch, make sure you have C.A.S.T. onboard. Check em’ out.”

With the patented technology of VL, MariTech's wireless lanyard, you can eliminate a significant variable....time lost...

"The tournament angler who uses our wireless lanyard will have a significant competitive advantage over his counterparts," says Keith Jackson, MariTech Industries President/CEO.  "More casts directly relate to more fish and more wins.  Improving boating safety while providing the angler with an average of 25-40 more casts per day is a win-win situation," he adds.

Go wireless ... Go for the WIN!

“Safety became second nature to me during my 21 years in the Air Force. While in the Air Force I performed aircraft maintenance, executed launch and early orbit of satellites, and served as a nuclear control officer responsible for over 50 nuclear weapons. Safety was critical to every aspect of these duties; it therefore became an integral part of all areas of my life. Shortly after retiring from the Air Force, I entered the world of competitive fishing. Most of my time on the water is on the California Delta, which has unbelievable water hazards around every corner. It was a wonderful discovery the day I met the C.A.S.T. Wireless rep at one of my tournaments and witnessed her demonstration. I was “hooked”. C.A.S.T. satisfies my need for safety and saves a bunch of time during practice and more importantly during tournaments. My fishing partners wear the second sensor that comes with the system and we’re both protected. I highly recommend every boater add a C.A.S.T. Wireless Lanyard to their boats to protect themselves and everyone with them."

“Here is a story for you! The last tournament, (region 16 of the BASS Weekend series) the weather was the worst that I've ever been in! Approximately 3" of rain fell on us and my CAST system did not fail! Pouring rain from blast off to weigh-in and no false alarms on the system! Yes, I tested the system before Blast-off and it was in perfect working order!

Fisherman you can't beat the safety and the performance of this system! ”
